Advisory Board and Financial Accounting

LeadershipAlive.com® is a 501(c)3 Christ-centered nonprofit. We are organized governmentally through our
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. There is an Advisory Board that serves as a ways-and-means group to the officers of the corporation. The Advisory Board members serve terms of two years and are eligible for additional terms.

Financial reports are generated monthly by and off-site, independent accounting firm. In addition, we have a licensed CPA who oversees our financial bookkeeping and accounting operations. This provides an added step of confidence in how Leadership Alive, Inc. appropriates its finances.

All proceeds and profits from book sales, training seminars, and speaking engagements go back into our organization in order for us to create more resources and further our mission. That's one reason why your generous donations help us extend our reach.
