Strategic Visioning & Planning Workshop
This workshop is a highly effective, flexible, and visual approach to strategic planning, decision-making, and large-scale organizational change.Through a proven seven-step guided process, coupled with face-to-face facilitation/coaching, clients are guided into achieving a powerful vision, and the creation and/or refinement of an action plan that is geared to obtain results.
This workshop can be done in both one-day and two-day meetings. Prior to the Strategic Visioning & Planning Workshop, we meet one-on-one with the appropriate organizational leaders and/or team to devise a customized process that meets both the organization’s unique challenges and goals, and that works within their time constraints and resource parameters.
