What is a coach?

A coach is many things: a guide, a trusted advisor, a motivator, a teacher, and a fellow practitioner. A coach provides you with individual attention in a personable and focused atmosphere geared to provide you with helpful insights, practical solutions which ultimately help you attain your goals. Coaches have experience in working with lots of people in different organizations and situations which can offer you a fresh and innovative perspective. Because we desire to help "the whole person," we approach coaching from a holistic and Christian perspective.

How do coaching sessions work?

1. The first coaching session is free. We connect in person, talk over goals and expectations, and set a plan of action.

2. Individual sessions are conducted in person, Skype, and/or by telephone. Sessions generally range from 45 minutes to an hour, two to four times a month. Accommodating your schedule is a priority.

3. We listen to understand your needs, concerns and goals. Then, working closely with you, we assess your situation and dialogue with you over your options we believe will work for you. We'll focus our full energy and attention on you achieving your goals.

4. Next, we collaborate together to achieve a customized plan of action that creates the end results you want within the resources you have available. We'll provide options, new perspectives, encouragement, and concentrated attention to give you the insight, and confidence to take life-improving actions towards your goals.
